Abstract
|
|
We study moduli spaces of Seiberg–Witten monopoles over spinc Riemannian
4–manifolds with long necks and/or tubular ends. This first part discusses
compactness, exponential decay, and transversality. As applications we prove two
vanishing theorems for Seiberg–Witten invariants.
